Use the question creator to write multiple-choice questions for any subject on the platform. Set the question text, answer choices, correct answer, and difficulty level. Submit to the review process when ready. You can submit questions one at a time or in batches. Instructors from any country are welcome to register and submit questions.

Every submitted question goes through automated screening followed by a manual spot check. The system checks formatting, answer accuracy, and duplicates. Questions that pass verification are marked as verified and become eligible to appear in live Arena group challenges. Unverified questions still appear in practice mode and private quizzes in the meantime.

Each time a verified question of yours appears in a group challenge, you earn a share of that challenge's platform share. Earnings are calculated monthly and paid to your registered bank account in naira. Larger entries generate a larger platform share, so questions that make it into Master or Grand Master tier pools earn more per appearance than the same question in a Skilled challenge.

Write multiple-choice questions with question text, answer choices, correct answer, and an explanation. Set the subject and difficulty level for each question. Edit, update, or withdraw questions at any time. Track every question's verification status from your dashboard. Batches of questions can be submitted to the pipeline together.
Create private quizzes from your question bank and share them via link or direct invite to specific Challengers. Private quizzes are not listed in the public marketplace. The Challengers who take them practice using your questions but do not earn Success or Grit Points from private quizzes. This is a tool for tutors and teachers who want to set assessments for people they already work with.
Once your questions are verified and in the pool, your analytics dashboard shows: how many times each question was served in group challenges, which difficulty brackets and tier levels your questions appeared in, the cumulative earnings generated by each question, and your month-to-date payout estimate. Updated in real time after each session.
The platform takes a 10% share of every group challenge pool, in tokens. Up to 30% of that share is set aside for content payouts to Instructors and Teachers whose verified questions appeared in the challenge. That 30% budget is split among contributing Instructors in proportion to how many of their questions were served.
A question appearing in a Grand Master challenge (3,501 to 7,000 token entry) generates a larger platform share than the same question in a Skilled challenge (50 to 500 token entry). The math scales with the size of the pool, not question count alone. Questions for harder subjects and higher difficulty levels earn more per appearance.
Example: 6 Challengers at 2,500 tokens each. Total pool: 15,000 tokens. Platform share: 1,500 tokens, worth 15,000 naira at 10 naira per token. The challenge has 20 questions. 15 are from Instructors, 6 of those are yours. Challenge payout budget: 15,000 × 30% × (15/20) = 3,375 naira. Your share: 3,375 × (6/15) = 1,350 naira from that one challenge. If your verified questions appear across 40 challenges in a month, that is 54,000 naira paid to your bank account at the end of the month, less the payout processing fee, without entering a single group challenge yourself.
Payouts from all challenges in a month are totalled at month end and sent to your registered bank account in one naira transfer. The payout processing fee is shown on your payout statement.
Instructors pay a 1% payout processing fee on each monthly payout. This is content contribution income paid in naira, and it is separate from token entries. Your earnings are recorded wherever you are based. Payouts are sent when payout support is available in your country. At launch, that means Nigeria.
During beta, group challenges run at small volume, funded by gift cards and the first token purchases. Payout amounts during this phase will be small. What beta gives you is time: your questions go through the review process, build a usage history in practice mode, and sit ready in the verified pool as challenge volume grows.
Instructors who enter launch with the most verified questions earn the most from day one.

No. Standalone Instructor accounts are for creating and submitting questions only. You do not compete, use FailFast Mine, or earn Success or Grit Points. You write questions; the platform handles the rest. Note: Challengers who reach Expert tier unlock the Instructor role inside their existing Challenger account — they do not register as a standalone Instructor.
